The Register

This is easily one of the best apartments I’ve lived in in Dallas. Everything from the staff, to the maintenance team, to the maintenance of the building is on point. If you call the office, someone always answers and if they don’t someone will call you back within an hour and you don’t even have to leave a voicemail. This is very refreshing, because my last apartment was considered a luxury apartment, but did not live up to the name luxury at all so this feels great. Nick is great to work with. From touring till now 6 months in he’s very dependable and has maintained phenomenal customer service and always has a smile.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nick and I cannot express enough how exceptional his service has been! From the moment I walked through the doors of The Register, Nick's professionalism, warmth, and dedication were evident. Nick's knowledge of the property and the leasing process was truly impressive. He patiently answered all of my questions, providing detailed information that helped me make an informed decision about my future home. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and then he went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment that aligned with everything I was looking for. So far, my experience living at The Register has been incredible and I'm looking forward to settling into my new apartment!

My wife and I called The Register home for about 18 months and for the most part the level of service was great. Upon move out we had some issues with the location manager tacking on wall repair fees that were not warranted and sending them to the FRC team and telling me I needed to call them to dispute it. After he failed to email proof of pictures to me I called back and spoke with Mari (community manager) who was amazing and was able to review the pictures, and remove the charges with the FRC team after she could see I was being honest about no damages. The current and future residence of The Register are lucky to have Mari and I hope RPM living sees the value of her assistance to the residents and promotes her according.

My experience at The Register has been overwhelmingly positive - largely due to Nick's contributions to my move-in and BAU support. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to the well-being of the community are truly commendable. I would highly recommend The Register apartment community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home. Nick's exemplary service is a significant factor in making this a fantastic place to live. I will begin by stating the living they sell you on is not what you will experience at all. When it comes to management here it is a joke. They saw a bad review and wanted us to take it down they didn’t want new tenants seeing it due to the issues we were having with roaches also other bugs, washer being damaged, drains backing up and apartment white cabinets being stained yellow from previous tenants. They offered to move us from apartments to help resolve the issue when we said okey they blind sided us with hey you’ll now have to pay more money for the apartment at what it currently rents at we hate the apartment we are in so much we said what ever we’ll pay it to get out then they said okay we will extend your lease another fifteen months. Seems are issues are just jokes they are not looking to solve them but to just continue making more money and extending peoples nightmares is all they care about. Garages are supposed to be gated for security but are consistently left open or they are no operational due to issues a car was stolen and the thief drove it into the garage and almost hit me I had to call the cops. So definitely isn’t safe. They also recently allowed individuals to move into the building who walk around blasting music on their phones in the hallways and smoking. I have kids and this place just is not some where I’d ever want to live with this type of management and the people they are now attracting.
